Attorney (adv.) Martyna Kucharska-Staszel graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. She gained her professional experience in the offices of attorneys, legal counsels and a notary’s office. She also gained experience in the legal department of the University. She completed her legal training at the Bar Association in Katowice. After passing the bar exam, she was entered on the list of attorneys of the Bar Council in Katowice and started her professional practice within the law firm she runs. She has extensive experience as a Data Protection Officer, gained both in a non-profit institution and in an international company.
Attorney (adv.) Łukasz Staszel graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. Throughout almost the entire period of his studies, he cooperated with law firms, legal counsels’ offices and a bailiff’s office. Already during his studies, he established permanent cooperation with a non-public university by taking up a job in its legal department. Subsequently, he also started his own business in the field of legal consultancy in which he supported entrepreneurs in sectors such as construction, automotive, catering and hotel services. He completed his legal training at the Bar Association in Katowice. After passing the bar exam, he was entered on the list of barristers of the Bar Council in Katowice and started professional practice. Attorney Staszel also speaks English and provides legal assistance to companies with foreign capital. He has experience as a registered proxy of a limited liability company (registered holder of a general commercial power of attorney) as well as a coordinator of the legal department of a university.
